Job Descriptions:
- To source, obtain and follow up quotation from suppliers.
- To handle price negotiations
- To compile, record and update purchasing cost, invoices, delivery order, etc to account department for payment preparations
- To ensure all orders are executed and timely delivery of items ordered.
- To arrange transportation to site
- Tracking of material delivery order
- Assist and liaise with QS department
Job Specifications:
- Team player with positive thinking
- Candidates must possess at least a SPM/STPM/ Diploma in the related field.
- At least 1 - 2 years working experience in construction, Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Initiative, hardworking and able to work in a team.
- Good command of MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Candidate which able to join immediately will be add advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kuching: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- Construction management: 2 years (Preferred)
- Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
Language:
- English (Preferred)
- Bahasa (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 75% (Preferred)
