Qualifications:

  • Possess at least a degree in any field and minimum 3 years related working experience. Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge in building materials and machineries.
  • Good command in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia; must be computer literate.
  • Proactive, dependable and possess knowledge in vendor sourcing practices.
  • Ability to multi-task and priorities work based on delivery schedule and urgent/ad hoc demand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and monitor purchasing activities.
  • Develop and establish relationship with supplier and vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company’s goals.
  • Ensure that purchased products/materials meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Work closely with other departments to forecast needs and optimize supply chain processes.
  • Ensure all purchasing activities comply with legal, ethical, and company’s standards.
  • Generate and present reports on purchasing activities, costs, and savings to management.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
