We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Support & Admin Manager to lead and oversee our business support functions, with a strong emphasis on inventory and stock management. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify challenges, implement solutions, and optimize supply chain operations for greater efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team responsible for inventory and warehouse management, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely stock handling.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize inventory control, stock management, and logistics operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee consignment stock allocation, ensuring that inventory levels are effectively managed to meet operational requirements.
- Coordinate purchasing activities, including vendor management, contract negotiations, and procurement processes to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage E-Perolehan (EP) coordination, ensuring full compliance with procurement guidelines, policies, and government standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory transactions, stock levels, and procurement activities to support decision-making.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on inventory status, key performance metrics, and overall supply chain operations to senior management.
- Lead troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts related to inventory discrepancies, stockouts, and supply chain disruptions to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews for team members, provide constructive feedback, and support their professional development.
- Oversee office and facility operations, including maintenance, security, and logistics support to ensure seamless business continuity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing teams, with proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Strong understanding of distribution, logistics, and inventory management principles.
- Interest in leveraging innovative technologies, particularly automation software, to streamline operations.
- Proven track record in inventory management, stock control, and logistics operations.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to meet operational goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in project management and process improvement initiatives is an advantage.
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
