- Responsibilities:
- To carry out functional safety management work such as control, monitor, enforce, implement, coordinate, maintain and improve Occupational Safety, Health & Environmental related matters;
- Liaise with regulatory bodies (DOSH, NIOSH, DOE, BOMBA, MOH, JKJR, etc.) to ensure compliance with all legal requirements;
- On-site supervision, screening the standard operating procedure, and ensure the condition of all machines and equipment are safe for operation;
- Inspect, maintain and ensure the firefighting equipment is in function;
- Supervise and review the issue after inspection, find out the solution to eliminate incident and hazards happen again in future;
- Investigate and analysis of accidents, as well as preparing the incident Investigation report;
- Organize, prepare and conduct the Safety & Health trainings
- To identify risk assessment; track safety & health performance indicators and trends and ensure compliance to the rule and regulations;
- Responsible for the foreign worker hostel management, ensure that is well maintained, provide safety and security equipment;
- Other duties assigned by supervisor or manager.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificates, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) / Environment /Engineer or equivalent;
- Registered as a qualified Safety and Health Officer under the DOSH; Good knowledge in related laws, legislation, and regulation
- Minimum 1 year(s) relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment;
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
