  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Handling inbound calls & live chat regarding customer's general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks, and other issues related to the company's products.
  • Assist and resolve customers' inquiries with their e-hailing services, payment issues, e-hailing orders, e-hailing Apps, etc.

Requirements :

  • Good English & Mandarin communication skills (spoken & written)
  • SPM leavers and Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply-Full Training Provided

Working Hours:

  • Rotational shift
  • 5 working days, 2 days off

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
