Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure correct rates and documents are in place for global accounts to support billing.
  • Update prices, item codes, and order details as needed.
  • Regularly update rate cards and keep the system clean and organized.
  • Track purchase orders (POs), attach them to SAP, and update orders with POs.
  • Initiate corrections in SAP, handle credit notes, and get approvals from Account Managers.
  • Check system notes, pricing, and PO status before releasing orders.
  • Provide monthly collection status reports for key clients and regions to account management and finance teams.
  • Handle purchase requests and vendor renewals using Zendesk and related systems.
  • Build and maintain global operational knowledge base pages.
  • Ensure vendor documents are up-to-date and correctly filed.
  • Communicate with internal teams to keep contracts and agreements accurate.
  • Perform other tasks related to sales support and vendor administration.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years relevant experience sales administration, sales servicing, or accounting or related work experience
  • Fluent in English as you will be communicating to clients in different countries
  • A highly capable communicator, with a natural customer focus and excellent relationship building skills
  • Good understanding of the framework for creating, publishing, reviewing, and searching internal organization knowledge articles
  • Able to provide all users with a knowledge base of easy-to-find solutions and give users self-service search options to help them resolve issues on their own.
  • Able to create flexible documentation that includes text, images, code, tables, and Figma files.
  • Able to make pages easy to read and format per the organization's requirement, quickly with the slash command.
  • Embed and edit content from other tools like design files, code repositories, spreadsheets, and more.
  • Must have experience in managing Knowledge base with either Confluence, Jira, Service Now, or BMC Remedy.
  • Highly focused, goal oriented with strong attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
