The Qbee Motor Group has been the market leader for selling Kawasaki Bikes and Motorcycle accessories for a number of years . This year, our division is expanding onto cars and more specifically, an EV brand called NETA. Having just signed an exclusive contract back in September, The Qbee Motor Group will be the sole dealer across the state of Johor with our flagship 4s store scheduled to be launched at the end of the year. Furthermore, we will also be having a 2s store set up in the heart of Johor Bahru. Right now, we are looking to recruit car sales executive to join our team and get ahead into the future of car industry!
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement:
- Greet customers in the dealership and assist them in finding a vehicle that suits their needs.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Demonstrate vehicles to potential customers, explaining their features and advantages.
- Provide test drives to ensure the customer is comfortable with the vehicle.
- Sales Process:
- Identify customer needs and preferences and match them to the appropriate vehicle model.
- Offer vehicle purchase options, including payment plans, leasing, and financing options.
- Negotiate terms, including pricing, trade-ins, and delivery schedules, while working within company guidelines.
- Ensure all paperwork related to vehicle sales, including registration and licensing, is completed accurately.
- Product Knowledge:
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all current and incoming vehicle models, features, pricing, and manufacturer promotions.
- Stay informed about competitors' products and pricing to better position your dealership's offerings.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build long-term relationships with customers through follow-ups, offering after-sales services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a customer database for future follow-ups and promotions.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Sales Targets & Reporting:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospects and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.
- Participate in regular sales training and product knowledge updates.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the finance team, sales managers, and other sales executives to ensure smooth vehicle sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to participate in promotional events and advertising campaigns, including roadshows and kiosks in the mall.
Sales executive will have a basic salary ranging from rm1000-rm2000 depending on experience and a commission of rm1000-rm2000 per car. Additional performance bonus will be given if the car sales executive hits the target set by the management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
