  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Responsible for ensuring efficient material availability and Suppliers Sourcing to meet Company Sales Requirement in line with the Company’s service, quality, cost, and production efficiency objectives. To ensure that Business Continuity is implemented.
  • Responsible to manage concentrate planning and ordering with Licensees’ company to meet sales demand and to meet annual plan with licensees.
  • To lead Etika Beverages Sdn Bhd (EBSB) Material Planning Team on Operation matters
  • To manage overall material planning function by ensuring efficient material availability to avoid any disturbance to production and supply continuity.
  • To minimize total plant wastage by reducing raw material excess stock holding
  • To negotiate contractual term and contract management with Suppliers.
  • To co-ordinate cost down with Procurement, Supplier/Vendor and other related Section.
  • To support Senior Manager Stock Availability on monthly material costing for rolling monthly product costing
  • To work with Warehouse to ensure monthly stock management at 3rd party warehouse service provider and stocks holding at 3rd party warehouse
  • To manage forwarding and warehouse cost by avoiding additional cost impact ie; detention, demurrage, etc.
  • To prepare monthly report – Cost Impact Report and Cost Savings Report
  • Ensure Quarterly Supplier Assessment is performed and Approved Vendor List is updated

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Supply chain management, international Business and equivalent
  • Years of experience: 5 years in related field in raw material planning (direct and indirect)
  • Required Personal skills: Good interpersonal skill, strong communication skill, analytical skill, meticulous & can work independently.
  • Required Functional Skills: Specialized knowledge in material planning in FMCG, supplier management, strong negotiation skill and ERP system knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
