As a Customer Service Specialist/Assistant (中文客服) at AZEO, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive excellent service and support. You will assist in managing client queries (inbound), handling requests efficiently, and helping resolve any issues related to our training programs and services. This role also involves managing client inquiries through social media platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Handle client inquiries through various communication channels (phone, email, chat, and social media) promptly and professionally.
  • Social Media Management: Monitor and respond to client questions and comments on AZEO's social media platforms, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
  • Support Services: Provide information and guidance on AZEO’s training programs, schedules, and offerings.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client complaints or concerns efficiently, escalating complex issues to the Manager when necessary.
  • Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Training, Operations) to ensure smooth delivery of services and solutions to clients.
  • Client Feedback: Collect and document client feedback for continuous improvement in service quality.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
  • Follow-ups: Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services and support.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
  • Min. 1-2 years of relating working experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and BM. Proficiency in Mandarin Language is an added plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and social media platforms is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
