As the Talent Management Lead, your key responsibility is to define and implement the future strategies for Performance Management (PM) and Organizational Design (OD) in alignment with the business objectives. The position involves developing policies and tools that adhere to our Group HR strategy while ensuring that it complies to the legislation and best practices, champions the PM and OD agenda across all business units and continuously seeking improvements to enhance business performance. Your other roles and responsibilities also include:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement group-wide Performance Management (PM) and Organizational Design (OD) strategies to align with business objectives, reviewing their effectiveness in relation to company performance and employee engagement.
  • Lead and manage the entire PM and OD cycle, including goal setting, performance appraisals, feedback and coaching, change management, and leadership development.
  • Oversee the development and execution of Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) to ensure underperforming employees receive structured feedback and the necessary support to meet performance standards.
  • Establish and implement PM and OD policies and procedures that promote a company culture aligned with the organization’s vision, values, and long-term strategic goals.
  • Implement comprehensive succession planning strategies to ensure business continuity by identifying and nurturing high-potential talent for critical leadership roles.
  • Oversee the management trainee program, fostering the growth of emerging leaders in alignment with the company’s future leadership needs
  • Utilize data analytics and innovative technologies to drive continuous improvement in PM, OD, Talent Management, and HR practices, ensuring ongoing alignment with business and talent strategies.

To be a Successful Candidate:

  • Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in related field with 5 years’ experience in PM and OD
  • Working experience in leading change management and communication of significant reshaping of PM and OD program/projects
  • Strong in data crunching and analysis throughout practice life cycle from proposal to implementation and governance stage
  • Demonstrates deep expertise in defining and applying PM and OD policies, processes and practices in areas such as incentives schemes, benefits, salary management, and mobility
  • Interpret local legislative changes, assess local impact and propose solutions
  • Possess outstanding verbal, written skills, client-facing communications skills
  • Able to work with Senior Leadership Team and external liaison parties
  • Able to communicate, influence and work independently with Group and Business leaders
  • Has the ability to develop flexible and agile PM and OD strategies aligning to the company’s need and growth
