  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Mantissa College is seeking an experienced e-Learning Manager to lead the development and management of our digital learning platforms for ODL-Open Distance Learning Programme in Business and Digital Marketing (Diploma / Degree) Faculty. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless integration of technology in course delivery and overseeing the institution's online learning initiatives.

Job Scope:

  • Management & Development: Oversee the management and ongoing development of the institution's e-learning platform, ensuring it meets the educational needs of our diverse learner population.
  • Technology Integration: Collaborate with academic departments to integrate technology effectively into course delivery, ensuring a smooth user experience for both instructors and students.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the e-learning team, providing direction and support to ensure successful implementation of online courses.
  • Monitoring & Evaluation: Develop and implement assessment strategies to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of online learning tools, making recommendations for improvements based on data and feedback.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with faculty and administrative staff to promote the benefits of e-learning and encourage engagement in the digital learning environment.
  • Professional Development: Provide training and professional development opportunities for faculty on best practices in online teaching and the effective use of technology.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS), such as Moodle or Blackboard.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with current trends and technologies in e-learning and online education.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
