Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Junior HR Executive to support the Human Resources team in handling day-to-day HR functions, with a focus on attendance management, and general human resources duties. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attendance Management:
- Accurately maintain employee attendance records.
- Monitor daily attendance and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly attendance reports.
- Payroll Assistance:
- Collect and verify attendance data for payroll processing.
- Address payroll-related queries from employees.
- Employee Records & Documentation:
- Prepare and issue appointment, confirmation, and transfer letters.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records in the HR management system.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing HR files, including contracts, personal files, and compliance documentation.
- Employee Engagement:
- Support HR team in employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Knowledge of attendance tracking systems and payroll processes.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
