2. Overseeing the success of various marketing initiatives and strategies, such as:

  • Digital Marketing
  • Content & Customer Engagement - Develop and manage a content calendar with engaging and informative content (articles, videos, etc.) across channels. Utilize strong analytics to understand customer journeys and optimize content for conversions.
  • Brand Building & Awareness- Develop and update IPSB's brand identity for consistent recognition. Implement a digital advertising strategy (e.g., Google Ads, social media marketing) to drive brand awareness and targeted lead generation.
  • Partners & Customer Relationship
  • Partnership Development & Management- Oversee the identification and onboarding of new partners, manage partner programs, and develop contracts to ensure successful collaborations. Track partner performance and incentivize sales of IPSB solutions through events, workshops & other activities.
  • Customer Journey & Success- Implement customer journey maps to optimize touchpoints. Develop and manage customer onboarding & success programs to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Utilize tools to track interactions and build strong relationships.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or equivalent.

- At least 6 years of experience in marketing.

- Ability to manage a team is a must.

- Willing to travel if required.

- Knowledge in handling events is an advantage.

- Have business management skills, creative thinking and problem solving skills.

- Possess leadership and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
