- Responsible and Accountability in ensuring the HR & Admin team providing the services and solutions to support the business area in delivering the best HR practice for all HR spectrum (policy, procedure and processors) & as Administration.
- Responsible to ensure business continuity in any contingency situation.
- Responsible towards the development of the Company as the Head of HR. Give motivation and organize a few activities for team career development.
- Responsible for every staff movement (i.e. transfer), and ensuring each employee must get approval from HOD before verified by HRAD.
- Responsible for HR team to follow the ISO, SOP, and Employee Handbook (Policy).
- Leading and Managing HR department to ensure HR team have a smooth daily operational.
- Leading in pertaining the disciplinary, employee grievances or breach the contract.
- Leading the team to comply with data accuracy and follow the procedure and process.
- Leading in communicating with COMPANY Group for any issues arise or sharing info or knowledge.
- Leading in liaising with external body (i.e. HRDF, Tax, EPF and SOCSO) with regards to COMPANY concerns arise.
- Leading in ensuring the E2E process and arrangement on the HR, Admin and Payroll are smoothly executed by team.
- Leading in sharing and notifying the HODs with regards to Performance Management System (PMS) Q6 and Q12 and Training Needs Assessment (TNA).
- Ensuring HR team updating the Training Plan accordingly.
- Ensuring every employee has awareness of their responsibility and understanding the management requirements.
- Ensuring HR team and the operation following the correct SOP process (i.e. Hiring, Termination, Resignation, Training etc).
- Ensuring of Employee Handbook (policy) evergreen for any changes required.
- Ensuring Admin team and the operation following the correct SOP process (i.e Request, Invoices etc).
- Ensuring HR team alert and monitor the staff confirmation and contract renewal.
- Ensuring the team performance is consistent in delivering the services as expected or beyond the milestone.
- Ensuring the all e-Filing, Filing, Documentation for HR are uploaded and up-to date for the usage of HR team (both hardcopy and softcopy).
- Ensuring HR team updating and maintaining the data accuracy of employee for all companies.
- Ensuring the completion of remuneration process for employee’s payment/salary on timely manner (i.e end of month - 28, 30 or 31).
- Ensuring Hr team proceed with the statutory after the payroll closing and checking the EPF and PERKESO portal to ensure not issue arise.
- Liaising with government body with regards to LHDN, EPF, PERKESO, HRDF etc).
- Ensuring Admin team update the masterdata (i.e employee asset in hand, vehicle, Tenancy Agreement (TA), Company certification and summon).
- Ensuring Admin team monitor and tracking the expiry date of the vehicle road tax, insurance, company certificate etc.
- Ensuring Admin team will assist in any types of registration requested by Managing Director.
Managing and Advisory for KPIs to HRAD.
- Advisory to HOD’s of COMPANY with regards to Employee Relation activities and Staff Welfare.
- Advisory to employee on Employee Relation activities and Staff Welfare related to HR matters and within the given guidelines as per the policy.
- Advisory to respective HODs (Head of Departments), for any query with regard to new hire and staff matter.
- Created HR & ADMIN PF (Process Flow) and Work Instruction (WI) for HR & Admin team to have a better structural Way of Working (WoW).
- Created JD for HR & Admin team part of ISO requirement and SOP process.
- Created JD for employees to align with Organisation Chart and ISO requirements.
Raising a proposal for any improvising toward COMPANY.
- Always ensure HRAD team think out of the box and always have prepare milestone for any situation.
- Review all Letter of Employment (LOE) term and conditions, Annual Leave entitlement and balance for employees.
- Review and created all forms and template for HR & Admin usage.
- Review, created and change HR forms to comply with ISO requirements as and when required.
- Checking and reviewing all Letters (LOE, ROA, Confirmation Letter, renewal of contract etc).
- Ensuring all letters of employees are up todate with sufficient supporting documents and recorded.
- Ensuring and verifying all payroll process (renumeration and statutory) before get endorsement to proceed payment according to payroll cycle.
- Ensuring the medical card for employees are updated and been tracked accordingly.
- Ensuring the payroll system (i.e SQL and Auto Count etc) and employee record been updated with sufficient data accordingly. And for any deduction and claim been captured correctly.
- Ensuring the employees claim are according to the policy and any exceptional been raised accordingly.
- Leading for any internal and external audit to HRAD and will be the committee of management review.
- Ensuring and monitor the housekeeping of COMPANY office and pantry.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
