As the Operations Manager of our music shop, you will oversee the daily functions of our retail and online sales teams, ensuring an exceptional customer experience across all channels. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a diverse team of 14 staff members, fostering collaboration and driving performance in both online and in-store sales.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to enhance customer engagement and boost revenue for both walk-in and online channels.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control processes, ensuring product availability and optimal stock levels to meet customer demand efficiently.
  • Customer Experience Enhancement: Develop and maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring that every interaction—whether in-person or online—exceeds expectations.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of market trends and customer preferences to inform product offerings and promotional strategies.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for both sales teams, providing regular feedback and training to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance overall operational efficiency and effectiveness.
