Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Manage, train, and develop the restaurant team to meet performance standards.
  • Maintain excellent levels of customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure food and beverage quality standards are met.
  • Implement and enforce food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Develop and execute effective marketing and promotional strategies to increase revenue.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage the restaurant’s budget, track expenses, and optimize costs while maximizing revenue.
  • Oversee scheduling, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure stock levels are maintained.
  • Monitor restaurant’s appearance and atmosphere to provide an exceptional dining experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a hotel setting.
  • Proven track record in managing teams and delivering high standards of service.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and costing.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a guest-oriented mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM8,000.00 per month
