JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Provide support for staff payroll, staff disciplinary, compensation & benefits, performance management, resignation etc.
  • Proper maintenance of staff personnel files such as offer letter, confirmation letter, promotion letter, warning letter and etc.
  • Maintain employees’ leaves, medical and attendance record. Keeping track of employees’ attendance / absenteeism and report to HR Manager

JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • Candidates must possess at least Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • Minimum 1 year work experience
  • Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Fair understanding of Malaysian Employment Law i.e. Employment Act, SOCSO Act and EPF Act.
  • Knowledge of montly contributions to statutory bodies is a must
  • Experience in handling payroll for 20-50 headcount is mandatory
  • Be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Positive attitude, with strong communications skills and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Can start work immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
