JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provide support for staff payroll, staff disciplinary, compensation & benefits, performance management, resignation etc.
- Proper maintenance of staff personnel files such as offer letter, confirmation letter, promotion letter, warning letter and etc.
- Maintain employees’ leaves, medical and attendance record. Keeping track of employees’ attendance / absenteeism and report to HR Manager
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Candidates must possess at least Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- Minimum 1 year work experience
- Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fair understanding of Malaysian Employment Law i.e. Employment Act, SOCSO Act and EPF Act.
- Knowledge of montly contributions to statutory bodies is a must
- Experience in handling payroll for 20-50 headcount is mandatory
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Positive attitude, with strong communications skills and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Can start work immediately.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
