To support our renovation team with backend and administrative tasks. This role involves liaising with the Management Office (MO), managing documents and reports, assisting in administrative functions, and overseeing stock arrangements for contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Liaison with Management Office (MO):

  • Submit defect reports and follow up on required actions to address any issues.
  • Obtain and manage renovation permits

2. Data Management and Documentation:

  • Assist superiors update and maintain project data, documentation, and reports.
  • Organize and manage project files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

3. Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support for renovation projects, including scheduling meetings, coordinating with contractors, and managing correspondence.
  • Handle general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and preparing materials for meetings.

4. Stock Management:

  • Manage and arrange stock for contractors, ensuring materials and supplies are available as needed.
  • Track inventory levels and reorder supplies to maintain stock levels.

5. Additional Tasks:

  • Perform other relevant backend and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
  • Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed to support the renovation team.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative or coordination roles, preferably in the renovation or construction industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in liaising with external parties, such as Management Offices or regulatory bodies, is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of renovation processes and permit requirements is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant certifications in office administration or project management are preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
