FIN - Insurance Management
Role Purpose
Assist the departmental functions to ensure excellent service delivery in meeting Department objectives of insurance program management of the Group.
Key Accountability
Administer General Insurance Program (Non- Aviation) and to assist in Aviation Insurance Program annual renewal for the Group.
Administer and monitor the timely completion of insurance claims settlement in order to operationally optimize the applicable insurance coverage for the Group.
Administer the insurance premium cost allocation throughout the Group including Business Unit post insurance renewal based on the respective stakeholders risk and exposures.
Administer and assist of annual departmental budget, meetings, insurance claims reporting and analysis of Department EVS.
Review and assist with insurance related advisory as requested by Stakeholders with the consent of Insurance Manager.
Qualification
Degree - Insurance or Risk Management or Insurance Professional Qualification (Diploma Malaysian Insurance Institute / Associateship Malaysian Insurance Institute) or any relevant field.
Working Experience
Degree - 0 - 2 years of experience in Cormmercial Insurance or Insurance Industry or any other relevant field .
Skills & Knowledge
In depth insurance understanding of the intricacies for a company of the nature and scale of the Group.
Flexible, pro-active, able to handle pressure and multitasking in performing tasks.
Flexible, pro-active, able to handle pressure and multitasking in performing tasks.
Good written, communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer and IT literate.
