Skills:
Responsibilities:
· Answer all contacts efficiently in a professional and courteous manner in the agreed languages, as applicable
· Perform initial troubleshooting for incidents and requests, document findings, and raise to 2nd line support if required
· Handle stakeholder communication via multiple channels, host production incident review meetings, and produce service review reports
· Maintain and update incident records in JIRA and ServiceNow to ensure tickets are resolved within defined SLAs
· Review and update documentation and standard operating procedures
· Provide 1st line support for multiple retail wealth applications, including external client facing websites and backend recordkeeping systems
Requirements:
· Experience in providing excellent customer service; financial services industry experience is a plus
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Excellent analytical, problem solving and solutioning skills
· Curiosity and ability to learn new technical skills and apply them to solve problems
· A capacity for constant learning and juggling multiple priorities
· Proficiency in Cantonese/Mandarin and English
· Open to change and continuous improvement
· Technical skills (basic proficiency) preferred: Microsoft Office, SQL, JIRA, APIs, Postman
· Available for a contract duration of 2 years (negotiable)

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
