Job Summary:
The Operation Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a company’s day-to-day operations. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage teams, coordinate various operational functions, and ensure the smooth and efficient performance of the business. The Operation Manager will also work closely with senior management to implement strategies that drive growth, enhance productivity, and improve profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s activities.
- Develop, implement, and optimize processes for production, logistics, and service delivery.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring proper training, motivation, and performance.
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and finance to align operations with business objectives.
- Analyze operational data and reports to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and availability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Handle budgeting and financial forecasting, ensuring cost-effectiveness in operations.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Solve operational challenges and respond to crises in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in operations management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of operational processes, supply chain management, and logistics.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with budget management and financial planning.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
