Job Summary:
As a Junior HR Consultant (Recruitment), you will responsible for supporting the recruitment and talent acquisition processes within an organization. Key responsibilities include assisting with job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments. They collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, provide candidate recommendations, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Additionally, they may help manage recruitment databases, maintain communication with candidates, and assist with onboarding activities.
You also will work closely with Senior HR consultants, gaining exposure to various HR practices and gradually taking on more responsibilities. This role typically requires strong organizational, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and time-management skills, as well as a solid understanding of HR policies and best practices related to recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in managing end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Canva.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 per month
