The Outbound Sales Specialist is a tele sales role. selling ABSS products and services directly to prospects and clients. This entails working closely with departments in ABSS to consistently achieve and exceed your monthly personal sales target. The ideal candidate is one with a passion for helping people and businesses, that have some understanding of technology, finance and accounting, and small business culture. Sales skills, highly motivated and driven, organized, positive, happy, and emotionally intelligent will all be healthy attributes that will ensure your success in this role. Key Focus Areas:
- Provide the highest levels of customer service, care, and responsiveness
- Self-motivated to connect and engage with Small to Medium Business owners to help them grow their businesses and leverage financial and accounting efficiencies from technology.
- Meeting individual monthly revenue target
- Meeting all assigned KPIs consistently
- Efficiently execute tasks in an organized manner
- Successful completion of marketing-driven tele sales campaigns
- Provide timely and accurate reporting
Responsibilities:
- People-Oriented – take care of the customer's needs by providing and delivering professional, helpful, high-quality service and assistance before, during, and after the customer's requirements are met

Criteria:
- Ability to execute with excellence
- Excellent Internal and external emotional intelligence and relationship management skills
- Proficient in computer software and technology platforms especially CRM and Microsoft Office
- Experience in a sales role and demonstrable success in achieving sales targets
- Highly organized and accurate
- Self-driven and able to raise standards of quality and productivity when required
- Resourceful and highly independent
- Ability to communicate effectively and influence people
- Familiarity with accounting and finance is favorably considered
- Familiarity with small businesses and understanding the challenges faced by business owners. Likes people enjoy work, loves fun
Requirements:
- Desirable, though not mandatory - A Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in any field. Any study in accounting or finance will be highly regarded.
- Fresh graduates or entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Posses less than 2 years of working experience are welcome to apply.
- Must be computer literate with a good working knowledge of computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office, Outbound, Telesales, Sales, Communication, B2B, Enterprise Solutions, Business Helpdesk, Accounting and Finance, Account Management.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
- All Performance will be monitored and measured monthly or quarterly.
- Sales experience is mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
