Key Responsibilities: - Ensure smooth daily operations by coordinating all aspects of the clinic’s functions, including customer service, sales, and administration.
- Lead and develop the branch team through training, coaching, and motivation, while maintaining high grooming and professional standards.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and forecasts to achieve branch targets.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to tackle challenges and foster growth opportunities.
- Address patient concerns and complaints efficiently, and ensure high employee satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other branches and headquarters to share best practices and competitive intelligence.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on branch performance, sales targets, and operational issues to senior management.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: SPM/"O" Level
- 1 years or more of experience in aesthetics or a related field is an advantage
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and handle operational demands
