Description:

  • Assist HR Manager to execute the human resources activities according to the organization's value, culture and in alignment with the strategy and business plan.
  • Oversee the planning and coordination of both internal and external training programs, workshops, and seminars aimed at enhancing employee skills and knowledge.
  • Responsible for employee engagement events including team-building activities, social gatherings, and more.
  • Responsible for planning, directing, and administering all aspects of human resources.
  • Oversee and be responsible for general HR support to employees and assist in all other administrative areas in the HR department when necessary.
  • Undertake any ad-hoc assignment assigned by the management as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree, majored in Human Resource Management / Law with relevant experience in Human Resources.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa and Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in Talent Management and Retention will be an added advantage.
