1. To be knowledgeable with all sales material and functions of all event halls and other products /
services offered by the Company.
2. Responsible to greet, serve and respond to individual and corporate customers with an excellent
customer service in order to sell the products and services offered by the Company.
3. Attend all promotion events, fairs, roadshows, walk-in customers to close sales for the Company.
4. Follow up on any leads to get more sales for the Company.
5. Set appointment, meet and show customers the hall venue in order to close sales.
6. To sell Company services to customers to achieve sales targets.
7. Once sales confirmed, to update in Company system regarding event and issue out all
necessary documentation to customers to document the details of the sales.
8. Follow up with customer to ensure full payment is collected before event date.
9. Responsible to collect payment from customers, deposit into Company Accounts and ensure
payment evidence is passed to Sales Manager.
10. To brief, guide and coordinate with customers to ensure a successful event.
11. To cooperate and coordinate with operation team to complete all documentation and procedure
to deliver a successful event in accordance to the details of the sales.
12. To attend customer event rehearsals to ensure the correct details of the sales are included.
13. To attend customer event to coordinate and to resolve issues to deliver a successful event.
14. To interview customers to obtain customer feedback after the event.
15. To coordinate with sales team to complete tasks assigned by Sales Manager.
16. To perform proper filing of all digital and hard copy documentation as required by the Company.
17. To guide “Sales Associate” new hires during the on-boarding phase.
18. Perform any task to assist superior in completing sales related tasks.

REQUIREMENT
1. Have a minimum academic qualification of high school diploma.
2. To be fluent in speaking, listening, reading and writing in Bahasa Melayu and English.
3. To be proficient in the use of Computers and its programs such as Microsoft Office, Email, etc.
4. To be proficient in the use of mobile devices and tablets.
5. To be able to work independently, responsibly and proactively in a timely manner.
6. To be able to work effectively as part of a team to achieve goals set by the Team Manager.
7. To be able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks when required.
8. To have a good understanding of Malay, Indian and Chinese wedding cultures.
