Duties and responsibilities: -

  • Plans and manages events, activities, exhibition projects, CSR programs, social media and advertising campaigns.
  • Plan and executes communications and PR strategies that integrate into the company’s objectives.
  • Coordinates and updates office procedures and policies. Enforcing and auditing policies.
  • Contract Administrations-to ensure that the interests of the company are protected in its dealings with service providers and contractors.
  • To do administration budgeting and monitor all expenses within the approved budget, prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
  • Develops and updates administration system to make them more efficient.
  • To manages and facilitates company assets according to the policy.
  • Communicating with local authorities in related to company operation.
  • Develops, maintains and carry out an efficient documentation and filling system.
  • Handles sensitive information in confidential manner.
  • Takes accurate minutes of meetings, produce reports, presentations and briefs.
  • Oversees and supervise the work of junior staff.

Requirement: -

  • Possess professional Bachelor of Degree in Mass Communication.
  • Minimum 10 years relevant working experience in Corporates Communications and Events.
  • Ability to craft and implement effective communication strategies that align with corporate goals.
  • Familiarity with communication and event management software, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Expertise in organizing and executing events that support corporate objectives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
