Senior BIM Modeler (Based in JB)

• Assist in creating, updating, and revising BIM Models throughout the project life cycle
• Candidates will need to perform different types of deliverables from the BIM Model such as construction documentation, quantities extraction and model coordination.
• Maintaining the drawings reports and records
• Create and update BIM Models based on contract drawings and latest information
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

• 5 days work week
• Working Location : Pekan Nanas (Pontian)

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline
• At least 5 years’ relevant work experience in Structural / Architectural BIM Models related projects
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and/or Naviswork and MS Office
• Able to work independently, to perform under tight schedules and deadlines with minimum supervision.
• Good communication and writing skills is expected as corresponding with accurate information among Team members is essential.
