Assistant Baker/ Baker (Food MFG/Good Pay/Gelang Patah)

Position: Assistant Baker/Baker

Working Location: Gelang Patah, Johor

Working Hours: 5 days work week, 45 hours per week (overtime pay for hours beyond 45 hours)

Salary: RM2.8k - RM3.5k basic (commensurate with experience and previous salary)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with Production: Support the preparation, mixing, and baking of cakes, bread, and other baked goods in a factory setting.
• Quality Control: Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications throughout the production process.
• Maintain Hygiene: Keep the production area clean and sanitary, adhering to strict hygiene standards.
• Recipe Adherence: Follow standardized recipes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of products.
• Inventory Management: Assist with managing inventory of baking ingredients and supplies.
• Product Development: Contribute to the development and testing of new recipes and bakery products.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to food safety laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Assistant Baker: 1 year of experience in a bakery or food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Baker: Advanced experience in bakery operations, especially in a factory setting, required.
• Ability to work early morning shifts.
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
• Previous baking experience or a genuine passion for baking.
