  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle sales related to tomb repair and refurbishment.
  • Conduct routine assessments of old tomb structures to effectively convince customers of the need for refurbishment.
  • Negotiate with customers regarding the selection of tomb materials and design.
  • Provide accurate quotations to customers and actively follow up to close sales.
  • Prepare comprehensive criteria for awarding repair and refurbishment work to contractors.
  • Provide support for tomb construction work and tomb material requirements.
  • Monitor debts and meticulously track the sales process to ensure closures within stipulated periods.
  • Ensure contractors strictly adhere to construction drawings and specifications.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by superiors from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • SPM and above
  • Able to speak and write in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Willing to work at Semenyh and have own transportation.
  • Basic knowledge on construction background will be advantages.
