Job Requirements:
- Expertise in liaising with retailers’ headquarter buying teams for new product listings, monthly sales management, and negotiation.
- Possess at least a diploma with marketing or business background.
- At least 2 years working experience with good knowledge of FMCG sales retails or equivalent at key account sales management.
- Good planning, forecasting, communication, report and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated individual with positive working attitude.
- Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia, verbal and written. Able to speak Chinese / Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Willing to travel and posses own transport.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies and business plans for sales growth and development.
- Effectively plan, execute, and review sales and promotion activities.
- Negotiate trading terms and collaborate with customers.
- Maintain close contact with necessary personnel within the customer and company to resolve challenges, issues, and queries as they arise.
- Manage expenses efficiently within the given budget.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis for business development when necessary.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned or required.
