Hi, we are looking to hire 3 management team members for supervisory/managerial positions.

• Fulfilling restaurant’s 5 Key Performance Indicators: Quality, Service, Sales, People & Profit.
• Lead, mentor & guide restaurant teams. Foster teamwork, dedication & service excellence.
• Compliance of food quality & safety, hygiene & sanitation standards according to guidelines.
• Deliver customer satisfaction, handle customer feedback, complaints & services recovery.
• Take steps to improve sales through service, and provide customer insights to management.
• Manage day to day Restaurant Operations within budgeted guidelines & to the highest standards.
• Make contributions to improve restaurant operations through effective improvement plans.
• Responsible for restaurant recruitment, coaching & training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure Recruitment & Training System used in accordance to brand/company system.
• Perform on floor corrective coaching & guidance to improve work quality & productivity.
• Effective execution of restaurant’s Employee Career Development Programs.
• Ensure timely executions of employee’s Performance Reviews, increment & entitlement.

Education level

Secondary education, diploma or degree

Position Requirement

• 2 --5 years of similar position & proven track record in Dimsum or Chineseof similar position & proven track record in Dimsum or Chinese--style dining style dining
• Good work ethics & set the right example, demand high expectation from self & others
• Possess excellent leadership, communication & problem-solving skills to manage diverse teams
• Experience in managing medium scale of restaurants with experience in new restaurant set-up
• Make decisive & effective operations & customer service improvements to pursue excellence

Language ability

Read and write in three languages, English, Malay and Mandarin
