Job Description

  • Support all brands in multiple countries on culinary aspects
  • Leverages culinary skills and scientific knowledge to drive commercially viable concept development
  • Creates innovative culinary solutions to establish competitive advantage with a focus on improvement
  • Conduct R&D of new dishes and limited-time-offer (LTO) items to enhance menu offerings and drive sales.
  • Monitor the execution of new items to ensure consistency and quality across
  • Work with different stakeholders to ensure alignment of training programs and quality assurance initiatives with organizational goals and objectives
  • Provide insight and feedback on culinary trend and ingredients availability for menu development
  • Keep abreast about local / global food trends and be aware of ingredients in the market

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma in culinary arts or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in culinary
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate information to diverse audiences
