  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Assist SCM (Strategic Commodity Manager) to prepare and send RFQ. Perform price comparison on quotation received and maintain supplier IR (Info Record) upon SCM reviewed and approved the source.
  • Assist SCM to maintain cost review template with supplier to ensure pricing always up to date.
  • Work collaboratively with cross functional team and internal stakeholders for the data analysis and compilation – Forecast vs Spend vs Capacity analysis & etc.
  • Support SCM on LSR (Legacy Supplier Request) creation and sourcing list fixing/ changes activities.
  • Assist SCM on new supplier selection – Potential Supplier info gathering, perform initial engagement assessment and other activities related to new supplier selection preparation

Requirements:

  • Proficiency of Excel and PowerPoint and having experience in using SAP or similar ERP/MRP system is a must. Basic experience with analytical tools such as Power BI and other kind of databases is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and able to work independently.
  • Ability to consolidate and process large quantities of data under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and other local languages.
