To perform full spectrum of HR function and day to day administration include the following but not limited to :
- Manage employee attendance record and monthly payroll & maintaining payroll information by collecting, calculating & entering data.
- Assist in the recruitment process which includes creating job advertisements, screening and shortlisting of applicants, arranging interviews and the other recruitment.
- Any other duties and responsibilities in accounting, administration may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
- Draft and update related documentation, such as contracts of employment, confirmation, warning letter, job description etc.
