Business Operation Executive (Luxury corporate gifting & Garment manufacturing)

Shevron is an expert in fabrics and embroidery. We are in the space of manufacturing luxury gifts and apparel. We are seeking a Project Executive with design skills based in Kuala Lumpur to support our Project Manager in Singapore. If you are detail-oriented, a good communicator, a problem solver, and eager to manage projects from start to finish independently, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee project execution, from concept design and price proposal to sourcing, procurement, logistics, and NPS tracking.
• Planning & Scheduling: Understand project requirements and ensure timely availability of materials for efficient delivery.
• Procurement & Production: Handle local and overseas procurement and production processes while maintaining strong inventory control.
• Problem Solving: Work closely with various departments to resolve issues, facilitate project changes, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meetings & Coordination: Regularly engage in meetings with internal teams to review project updates, production schedules, and procurement status.
• Other Duties: Perform tasks as required by HOD/Management.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and associates.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any field with a GPA of at least 3.2/4.0. Proficient in English and Chinese writing.
• Experience: Preferably 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Service, Sales Coordination, or Design.
• Skills:
  • Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze information quickly and accurately.
  • Attention to detail and a customer-service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

• Design Knowledge: Not required but a plus if you have experience or skills in design.
