Protege - Customer Service

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the whole sales process including processing customers’ request for through, Purchase Orders, issuing sales invoices and delivery orders as well as liaising with customers for physical deliveries on the company product business.
- Keying order in the systems and generates Invoice & Delivery Notes
- Involve in stock management which includes monitoring aged & expiring stock as well as conducting periodic stock count with support from various Departments.
- Manage stock reservation for customer , to ensure delivery is done on time
- Ensure proper filing and organization of all Logistic related documents in the areas of your responsibility
- Direct support to other personnel within Logistics / Warehouse / Finance departments.

Requirement:
- Possess Degree in Business Studies, Logistic Management, or its equivalent.
- Up to 1 year working experience s in related field . Fresh graduates are encourage to apply as on the job training is provided.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills and initiative with good analytical mind.
- Computer literacy, working knowledge of SAP system will be added advantage.
- Candidate must be meticulous and have high attention to detail.
- Demonstrate ability to work as a team and independently.
- The programme is a 1 year contract under Protégé (formerly known as SL1M programme)
- Preferably possess own transport
