    • Restock supplies as needed and inform the Senior Barista/Barista Manager of any shortages.
    • Assist in managing waste by following proper portion control and storage practices.
  • Cleanliness and Hygiene:
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the coffee bar, counters, and customer seating areas.
    • Follow all food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handwashing and sanitization procedures.
    • Ensure that all beverages are prepared in a clean environment and meet the café’s hygiene standards.
  • 6. Learning and Development:

    • Continuously develop barista skills and knowledge through training and practice.
    • Stay updated on the latest trends in the coffee industry and apply new techniques and recipes as directed.
    • Seek feedback from Senior Baristas and customers to improve performance.

    7. Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with other café staff, including cashiers, kitchen staff, and senior baristas, to ensure smooth operations.
    • Assist in other café duties as required, such as clearing tables, washing dishes, or helping with food preparation.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving customer experience and café operations.
