We are seeking ambitious and talented individuals to join our Management Trainee program in the hotel industry at The Everly Putrajaya! This program offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience to gain comprehensive exposure to various operation departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage within our hotel and develop essential leadership skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Gain hands-on experience by working alongside experienced professionals in each department, assisting with daily tasks and projects.
-Undertake special projects and assignments to apply theoretical knowledge to practical situations, contributing to the hotel's operational excellence and innovation.
-Collaborate with colleagues from different departments to gain a holistic understanding of hotel operations and foster teamwork.
-Interact with guests to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a positive guest experience and satisfaction.
-Adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a safe, secure, and professional work environment.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to pursue a career in hotel management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Flexibility to relocate and work in different departments and locations as required.
- Previous hospitality experience or internships are preferred but not required.
