Job Responsibilities:

1. Drive sales of advertising packages to real estate agents to our platform.
2. Meet and exceed sales targets.
3. Build relationships with potential and existing agents, from prospecting to closing sales.
4. Engage in frequent communication with your customers, understand customer needs and satisfaction.
5. Keep track and report sales performance and manage leads effectively.
6. Stay updated about market trend and insights.

Requirements:

1. Experience in tele sales.
2. Experience in customer-oriented environment and understands their needs.
3. Good understanding of the real estate agent market.
4. Strong communication skills.
5. High work ethics, a pleasant personality, and a proactive and resourceful approach.
