WORKING HOURS:
Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To support the Project Manager to coordinate the execution of engineering work and manage the whole engineering team of one execution office on a specific project.
- To prepare for the project technical detail, strictly according to the local regulatory requirement.
- To prepare engineering designs and drawings and calculation/technical reports on specific project.
- To prepare and manage tender documents, contracts, budgets and bills of quantities.
- To carry out calculation of quantity based on construction drawings.
- To review for discrepancy between architectural and structural drawings.
- To overall coordination of the various trades in relation to all the works.
- To liaise with subcontractors/suppliers, consultant and customer.
- To enhance safety awareness throughout construction period.
- To undertake all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in related fields.
- Experience & background architecture and/or civil engineering in factories and industrial buildings
- Familiar with authority’s submission and coordination.
- Consultant firm background is an advantage.
- Required skill(s): AutoCad or Revit or equivalent is a MUST
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management and able to multi-tasking in fast paced working environment
- Familiarity with relevant codes and standards such as Malaysian Standard (MS) and other standard recognized and approve by local authority is preferred.
- Posssess own transport
- Willing to go to the site
