STAFF NURSE - URGENT

Skills and Competencies:
Patient Care: Strong skills in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
Compassion and Patience: Ability to provide compassionate care and handle the emotional needs of elderly residents.
Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to manage medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare staff, including doctors, therapists, and aides.
Responsibilities:
Resident Care: Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
Medical Documentation: Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records for each resident.
Care Plans: Developing and updating individualized care plans based on residents' health needs and goals.
Supervision: Overseeing the work of nursing aides and other support staff.
Health Education: Educating residents and their families about health conditions, medications, and care strategies.
Compliance: Ensuring all care provided meets state and federal regulations and standards.
