KipleCity Sdn Bhd, is Malaysia's urban and prop tech company, specialising in digital solutions for parking management with license plate recognition, home and building management, e-wallet integration, and other urban digital solutions. Job Summary: We are seeking an innovative and strategic leader who will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge technological solutions to enhance real estate operations, improve customer experiences, and drive business growth. You will oversee the team, manage projects, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure our technological advancements align with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Strategy:
Develop and execute strategy in alignment with the company’s vision and objectives.
Lead, mentor, and manage the team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of advancements.

2. Technology Development and Implementation:
Oversee the development and deployment of solutions, including parking management, property management systems, smart access, and data analytics platforms.
Ensure the seamless integration of new technologies with existing systems and processes.
Collaborate with IT, operations, and other departments to identify technology needs and opportunities for improvement.

3. Project Management:
Lead PropTech projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Define project requirements, create detailed project plans, and manage resources effectively.
Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and provide regular updates to senior management.

4. Customer Experience Enhancement:
Develop and implement technological solutions that enhance the customer experience.
Utilize data analytics to gain insights into customer behaviour and preferences, driving informed decision-making.
Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure technology solutions meet customer needs and expectations.

5. Partnerships and Collaboration:
Build and maintain relationships with technology vendors, industry experts, and partners.
Collaborate with external stakeholders to drive innovation and stay ahead of market trends.
Represent the company at industry conferences, forums, and events to promote solutions and services.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Economics, or any related field or equivalent experience, if no formal tertiary education.
-Minimum of 7 years of experience in technology management. Experience in real estate or property technology is preferred.
-Strong leadership and team management skills and Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
-Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
