As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for guiding the development of innovative software solutions, ensuring best practices, and driving project success.
Job Responsibilities:
• Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Technical Expertise: Provide expert guidance on low code/no code platforms.
• Project Oversight: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of low code/no code applications, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Best Practices: Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development methodologies to maintain high-quality code and efficient workflows.
• Solution Architecture: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable software solutions.
• Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending and implementing innovative solutions to enhance our development capabilities.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure thorough testing and quality assurance processes are in place to deliver reliable and robust applications.
• Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications & Experiences Needed:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Low Code/No Code Expertise: Extensive experience with low code/no code platforms such as Mendix, OutSystems, Microsoft Power Apps, or similar.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, C#), database management, and integration technologies.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of developers.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative and efficient solutions.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management tools.
