KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Support sales activities and assist customers through various sales channels
- Manage social media postings and promptly respond to customer inquiries
- Present, promote, and sell products/services with compelling arguments to both existing and prospective customers
- Build and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Proactively reach out to customer leads via cold calling
- Resolve customer problems and complaints efficiently to ensure maximum satisfaction
- Meet and exceed sales targets and outcomes within the designated timeline
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate sales efforts
- Analyze market potential, track sales, and prepare status reports
- Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and opportunities for new products and services
- Willingness to work extra shifts when needed

QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum of SPM, Diploma, or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the field
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written; additional languages are a bonus
- Confident in client correspondence over the phone
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

The government through the Ministry of Finance owns one golden share in the company. It was initially a joint venture between a Malaysian investment holding company, Puncak Semangat Sdn Bhd and a Japanese IT consulting services company, NTT Data Corporation.
