Established in 1991, Airfoil Services Sdn Bhd (ASSB) specializes in the repair of Airfoils for High Pressure Compressors (HPC) and Low Pressure Turbines (LPT). The portfolio contains all major civil aircraft engine types.

Our goal is to provide the utmost satisfactory service to our clients. We are now hiring a Customer Support Executive to coordinate with different departments and third parties to ensure every task is done within the designated TAT.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Business Studies or its equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in the administration field
  • Customer orientation, dynamic, self-motivation and planning skills
  • Able to work independently and with a high degree of confidentiality
  • Strong analytical and decision making skills
  • Systematic and good team player

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customers’ accounts and handle any inquiries raised efficiently
  • Monitor and ensure that every Turn Around Time (TAT) and On Time Delivery (OTD) are complied with as per customer contracted
  • Prepare reports on customer visits, inspections and send any necessary reports to management
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resources
  • Assist in logistic and forwarding issues on airfoil parts
  • Identify opportunities to improve processing, monitoring and controlling efficiency
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken
  • Coordinate with internal teams and escalate critical issues when needed
  • Comply and support Environmental Health & Safety policies, company rules and regulations at all times
