Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists.
  • Coordinate and arrange booking with carriers and freight forwarders.
  • Inspect and verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and condition.
  • Maintain inventory records and ensure the accuracy of stock levels.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve shipping and delivery issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations and company policies.
  • Preparing all shipping documents based on requirements from liner, customer and government :
  • Vessel Booking
  • Shipping Instruction
  • CLP (If necessary)
  • K2
  • BL Confirmation
  • Schedule A & Eksport Selesai (If necessary)
  • Invoice/Packing List
  • Country of Origin (If necessary)
  • Direct communication with customer in all matters related to shipping functions & documentation

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
    • Keeping the shipping area and records organized.
    • Communication Skills:
    • Clear communication with team members, other departments, and external partners like carriers and customers.
    • Writing accurate and concise shipping reports and documents.
    • Proficiency in shipping software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
