Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing:

  • Facilitate employee development and career progression initiatives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.

HR Policy and Strategy:

  • Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the implementation of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Provide HR metrics and reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role of minimum 5 years.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
