Job Description

  • Assist in the full administration and operational support of staff movement including on-boarding, confirmation, transfer and off-boarding.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on hiring requirements and manage interview process.
  • Apply/renew for necessary work passes and permit for employees.
  • Handle benefits administration documentation including medical claims, leave records, over-time forms etc. Ensure that all processes, guidelines and activities necessary to the administration of compensation benefits are carried out in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Assist in Training and foreign workers matters.
  • Experience handling IR/ER matters.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Business Studies / Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Contract role for 6 months and possible absorption into permanent after assessment.
  • Able to start with short notice.
