Job Description:

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve targeted revenue and growth.
  • Develop new businesses for focus in Freight Management.
  • Develop opportunities to cross-sell products to existing and new clients.
  • Maintain an accurate, ongoing and robust sales pipeline at all time.
  • Forging and maintaining strong relationships with key contacts in existing and new accounts.
  • Strategic brainstorming and implementation of new business development initiatives.
  • Developing and leveraging on company’s branding and professional profile.
  • Retention of accounts through customer service excellence.
  • Gathering and sharing of market intelligence.
  • To ensure timely response from client queries and RFQ’s;
  • To drive and achieve department goal in accordance with company directions;
  • Manage account receivables at all time & follow up on AR issues with clients;
  • Any other task that may be assigned from time to time by the Management.

Requirement

  • Diploma and above in any field;
  • Compulsory knowledge of Air and Ocean Freight management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in selling having good track record in winning Air and Ocean Freights customers.
  • Fair command of English & Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with effective interpersonal skills;
